FM Executive, Singapore

Role Description We are looking for a proactive FM Executive to support daily operations, ensure efficient service delivery, and assist with site coordination, inspections, and system updates.
Core Competencies: Site Operations and Coordination Contractor and Team Support Problem-solving and Task Execution Monitoring and Reporting Subcontractor and Specialist Coordination
Job Requirements: Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Engineering (preferably M&E) or minimum 8 years of experience without diploma Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Preferably SIFMA Tier 4 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) Act as frontline site representative, supervise daily operations, assist in inspections and scheduling, handle FM system updates and records, and coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient service delivery
