Manager, Group Financial Reporting (Maritime Industry) We are supporting a global organisation with a complex, multi-entity structure. This role is focused on coordination, review, and performance oversight across a large number of entities.
Key Responsibilities Oversee group reporting cycles across multiple global entities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions Review and analyse financial reports received from regional teams and entities Monitor budgets and forecasts across the group, ensuring alignment and realism Provide insights and variance analysis to support senior management decision-making Act as the central point of contact for group reporting matters across regions Coordinate closely with finance teams globally to ensure consistency in reporting standards Support improvements in reporting processes, systems, and governance Work closely with senior stakeholders across Singapore and overseas offices Manage and guide team members
Key Requirements 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting or group-level finance roles Strong experience in reviewing and analysing financials Exposure to multi-entity or regional structures Strong stakeholder management skills across geographies Ability to work in an unstructured, evolving environment High ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes independently Prior experience managing teams is preferred Big Four candidates only suitable if they have moved into industry and taken on operational roles
