Recommend stylish and suitable eyewear to customers with confidence and product expertise
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle enquiries with professionalism
Manage outlet inventory - receiving stocks, barcode tagging, and annual stock take
Process sales transactions (cash/credit) accurately and issue receipts
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented retail environment
Support daily operations and assist with ad-hoc duties assigned by the Branch Manager
What We're Looking For
Retail optical sales experience and familiarity with POS systems experienced
Willingness to learn - comprehensive on-the-job training provided
