They are looking for a driven and well-connected
Southeast Asia Expansion Manager
to lead site selection and drive new store openings in top-tier malls across the region. This role focuses on market expansion, commercial negotiations, and building strong relationships with premium shopping mall partners.
Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute the company's expansion strategy in Southeast Asia, with a focus on identifying, evaluating, and securing prime retail locations. Lead the full site selection process, including market research, mall negotiations, rental discussions, feasibility assessments, and securing approvals. Leverage existing connections and build strong relationships with top-tier shopping malls to drive successful store openings. Coordinate internal resources and collaborate closely with the design, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth store launch execution. Drive business development efforts and external partnerships to support the company's retail expansion goals. Complete other tasks assigned by the management team.
Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail expansion or commercial leasing within the Southeast Asia market, with proven success in securing store locations in top-tier shopping malls. Strong network and established relationships with premium malls (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, and other SEA regions). Familiarity with jewelry, luxury retail, high-end beauty, or fashion industries is highly preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong ability to build and maintain landlord/mall relationships. Strong execution, coordination, and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required due to frequent communication with headquarters.
