Job Summary Join our growing recruitment agency as a Social Media Executive to create engaging content, manage multiple platforms, and drive online growth. Use your creativity and marketing skills to promote our services and enhance our brand presence. Responsibilities Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other social media platforms to attract and retain audiences Design simple graphics, reels, videos, stories, and posts that align with brand messaging Plan and schedule regular social media content to maintain consistent online presence Promote recruitment services and hiring campaigns to generate leads and increase visibility Write clear, engaging captions and marketing content tailored to target audiences Respond promptly to social media enquiries and direct qualified leads to the recruitment team Research current social media trends and propose fresh content ideas to enhance engagement Support the creation of marketing materials such as flyers and promotional posters to complement online campaigns Maintain a professional and consistent brand image across all social media channels Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in social media, marketing, or content creation Ability to write well in English to produce clear and effective communication (Chinese language ability is a bonus but not essential) Creativity, responsibility, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines and objectives Good understanding of social media trends and design principles Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or marketing is an advantage Other Information Astute Team Recruitment LLP Lic 23C1742
