Talent Acquisition Manager / Director, Singapore

About Our Client Our client is an established organization with a strong presence in Singapore and the region. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Manager / Director to lead and strengthen their hiring capabilities.
Role Overview This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire talent aligned with organizational priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping recruitment processes, enhancing employer branding, and building a high-performing talent acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support business growth Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring needs Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes across functions and levels Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives Enhance recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making Ensure structured and consistent hiring practices across the organization Manage external recruitment partners and vendors Lead, mentor, and develop the internal talent acquisition team (if applicable) Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house and/or agency) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and recruitment tools Understanding of Singapore employment practices and hiring guidelines
