VP of Regulatory Compliance (Digital Assets/ Investment) - …, Singapore

We are hiring for one of our clients in the Digital Asset payment industry in Singapore.
What You'll Do
Own the full compliance program: policies, monitoring, surveillance, conflicts, best execution, client asset rules, etc. Advise on fund launches, offering documents, investor suitability, valuations, and marketing rules. Handle all MAS reporting, inspections, licensing changes, and senior appointments. Work with product and tech teams to build compliant systems and controls. Lead or support Hong Kong SFC licensing (Type 1/4/9) and ongoing compliance. Run training programs and drive a strong compliance culture.
You Need
7+ years in investment/fund-management compliance at a fintech, broker, asset manager, or exchange. Strong grasp of Singapore's SFA, FAA, CIS Code, custody rules, and tech/outsourcing guidelines. Experience with tokenized assets or carbon credits is a bonus. Comfortable in agile, tech-driven environments. Hong Kong SFC experience is highly valued. Relevant certifications (CMFAS, ACAMS, CFA, etc.) are a plus.
