Job Summary Lil Changemakers seeks dynamic full-time Main and Assistant Teachers to create engaging lessons, build strong relationships with children and parents, and support one-to-one reading sessions in Tilawati, English, and Malay (Madrasah Entrance Examination Preparations). Responsibilities Build and maintain positive, ongoing relationships with children and parents to support learning and development Design and implement fun, educational activities that engage children and promote learning Develop and plan lesson content aligned with curriculum goals to enhance children's skills and knowledge Prepare teaching resources to support lesson delivery and learning outcomes Conduct one-to-one reading sessions in Tilawati, English, and Malay to improve literacy skills Required competencies and certifications ARS certification to ensure compliance with regulatory standards Ability to work on weekends to meet scheduling needs Commitment to start from July 2026 onwards to ensure continuity Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Zoom to facilitate lesson planning and communication Preferred competencies and qualifications Early Childhood Care and Education certification as a valuable addition to teaching skills Experience as a Singaporean Madrasah graduate/ex-student considered a bonus for cultural and curriculum familiarity Caring and nurturing attitude to foster a supportive learning environment Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and parents
