Job Description:
Your Mission Responsible for driving the strategy, development, and execution of financial products within Shopee's ecosystem, acting as the key link between business, engineering, and design teams. The role focuses on delivering scalable and user-centric solutions across areas such as payment processing, digital wallets, consumer credit, fraud prevention and regulatory compliance, while balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. The team also collaborates closely with regional stakeholders across Asia, requiring strong communication and product alignment in English.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like â-Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for financial services solutions, from opportunity identification and user discovery to product delivery and post-launch optimization. â- Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for initiatives related to payments, digital wallets, consumer credit, fraud prevention, and financial compliance. â- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to translate business and user needs into scalable product solutions. â- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, business rules, and success metrics to guide development and ensure high-quality execution. â- Monitor product performance through KPIs, user behavior analysis, and experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and MVP validation. â- Support product testing, quality assurance, and release management processes to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. â- Ensure products comply with financial regulations and internal policies, including PIX, Open Finance, and Central Bank requirements. â- Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, risks, and results to stakeholders across different business units and leadership levels. â- Partner with regional teams across Asia to align global product initiatives with the needs and realities of the Brazilian and LATAM markets.
Requirements:
What You Need to Take on This Challenge Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field. IT and System requirements Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Tools Language Advanced/Fluent English Mandatory: Fluent English (for global reporting and collaboration).
