Logistic & Operations Assistant, Singapore

Job Summary Support daily logistics operations by performing hands-on tasks such as picking, packing, and sorting goods, while managing inventory tracking, coordinating orders and deliveries, and maintaining accurate system records. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and sort goods accurately to fulfill operational needs Conduct stock checks and track inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy Update and maintain records using Excel and operational systems for data accuracy Coordinate orders and deliveries to support timely logistics flow Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support daily operations Required competencies and certifications Proficient in basic computer skills including Excel and data entry to manage records Physically capable of lifting and moving items to handle logistics tasks safely Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet operational demands Responsible and eager to learn to adapt to evolving job requirements Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
