Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes. Coordinate with clients to manage order processing, inventory levels, and service requirements. Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rate. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Support system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting (e.g., WMS, TMS). Liaise with transport providers for timely dispatch and delivery coordination. Analyze operational data and provide reports to management with actionable insights. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Supervise and guide junior staff or contract workers when required. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in contract logistics, 3PL operations, or warehouse management. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse best practices Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and MS Office application Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in logistics operations. Manage at least 10 person in a team
