Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-organised workplace environment Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to maintain high operational and service standards Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies to ensure the workplace remains productive and well-maintained Coordinate meeting schedules, manage office calendars, and arrange logistics for internal and external engagements Prepare and maintain business documents, reports, and confidential records in full compliance with company policies Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners to ensure all office operational needs are met efficiently Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks including payroll coordination, filing, and onboarding Implement and continuously improve office processes and procedures to enhance overall administrative efficiency Act as the primary point of contact for office-related matters, visitors, and general enquiries Monitor office budgets, track expenditures, and prepare regular reports for management review Requirements: Minimum Diploma and above Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and trying new approaches Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply - training will be provided EA License Number: 25C2980 Disclaimer: By applying, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with Singapore's PDPA.
