Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end social execution:
Own planning, creation, and publishing of content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) that translates product value into thumb-stopping moments. Amplify product storytelling:
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to support launches, shape messaging, and create assets that connect with our audience. Show up, speak up:
Be comfortable on camera when needed—whether it's introducing features, hopping on trends, or filming behind-the-scenes clips that build brand personality. Spot and spark trends:
Monitor the cultural pulse of the internet. Proactively pitch ideas that tap into timely moments and make Manus part of the conversation. Move fast, learn faster:
Track performance, test new formats, and iterate quickly based on what works. Every post is a learning opportunity. Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with teammates across Marketing, Product, and Growth to ensure alignment and high-quality execution at speed.
Requirements: A natural content creator with a strong instinct for what engages online Experience managing personal or brand accounts — examples of past work welcome Confident on camera, with clear communication and presence Excellent writing skills — smart, concise, and on-brand Strong visual taste, with a good eye for layout, motion, and what 'looks good' Bonus: skills in Canva, Figma, video editing or motion tools
