Project Specialist R&D Operations Setup (6 months), Singapore

Responsibilities Prepare and submit materials for safety licensing and other permits Design, establish and digitise procedures for inventory and safety management, including selection and implementation of Laboratory Information Systems (LIMS) and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) Plan, implement and optimise layout and infrastructure for placement and storage of R&D inventory, utilising Lean tools (e.g. Kaisen, 5S, Kanban) where desirable and feasible. Coordinator selection, purchase, delivery and commissioning of scientific equipment and consumables. Test-run and troubleshoot workflows. Propose/curate ideas for improvements including but not limited to automation, in compliances with organisations framework. Requirements At least 3 years of experience managing laboratory operations for chemistry of biochemistry R&D.
