As an integral member of the People & Culture (P&C) team, you will partner closely with Singapore Headquarters and Geographical Units (GUs) to support the execution of regional HR priorities and business initiatives. You will work with corporate leaders and regional P&C teams to implement talent strategies, drive organisational initiatives, and ensure effective delivery of HR programs across markets.
What will you do
HR Partnership : Act as a key link between Singapore Headquarters and GUs to support the delivery of regional priorities and business initiatives. Partner with GU P&C teams to implement HR frameworks and talent processes, including succession and workforce planning, to meet business needs and build organisational capability.
Organizational Development:
Work closely with corporate leaders and GU P&C teams to drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
HR Projects:
Partner with GU P&C teams to deliver ad hoc projects and organisational initiatives, including harmonisation, M&A, offshoring, and reorganisation.
Talent Management:
Collaborate with leadership to identify and develop high-potential talent, build career pathways, and ensure robust succession plans for critical roles.
Performance Management:
Lead performance management initiatives by coaching managers on delivering constructive feedback, setting clear objectives, and developing action plans to foster a high-performance culture.
Employee Relations:
Act as the point of contact for complex employee relations matters, guiding conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance processes while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
Ensure compliance to company policies, employment laws, and regulations across regions, and implement HR practices that are culturally relevant and aligned with global standards.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
Relevant tertiary education and IHRP accreditation preferred. 5-8 years' HR experience. Experience working in cross-border, virtual teams is highly valued. Exposure in multiple HR disciplines: workforce planning, organisational design, change management, talent management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, learning and diversity. Proven ability to coach, influence and partner effectively with senior leaders. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with commercial acumen and ability to leverage data for decision making
