Supply Chain & Logistics Executive, Singapore

Location: East (Ubi area) Salary: Up to $4,000 (commensurate with experience) About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Import & Export Executive to support international trade and logistics operations. The role focuses primarily on export documentation, shipment coordination, and import processing, with additional support in basic warehouse and inventory activities. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process export and shipping documents incompliance with international trade regulations Coordinate shipments and ensure adherence to customer requirements and incoterms Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and suppliers Track inbound shipments (mainly from Malaysia) and ensure timely delivery Monitor import declarations and support GST reporting Arrange transportation and manage return shipments to suppliers when required Issue invoices and support sales order processing Support basic warehouse operations including packing, labelling, and preparation of goods for delivery Manage stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials Ensure proper storage and organisation of stock in accordance with procedures Requirements 3 years of experience in import/export or supply chain operations Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, and incoterms Familiar with GST reporting related to imports Experience working with freight forwarders and logistics providers Proficient in ERP systems Comfortable with basic warehouse and inventory handling duties Training will be provided for the use of warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and other handling tools Interested applicants, please email your resume to (HIDDEN TEXT) Tan Li Lian EA 01C3135 Reg R1100465
