Responsibilities: Embrace the vision, mission, philosophy and core values of the Centre. Creates a secure and quality learning environment for children. Develop nurturing, trusting and respectful relationships with children. Enriches children's learning by co-designing and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate curricula and programmes. Effectively integrate innovative teaching and learning practices. Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and community. Co-design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders. Guides junior educators in enhancing their professional practices. Provides suggestions and ideas to improve professional development in the Centre. Contribute to Centre's culture of collaboration and collegiality. Perform any other duties as required Requirements: Candidates
must
possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education. Candidates with ECDA Teacher Certification L2 Category (LON) will have an added advantage. Work Location:
