About the Role You will: Conduct deep-dive research into altcoin ecosystems to uncover asymmetric opportunities. Analyze token supply dynamics, governance structures, incentive mechanisms, and adoption trends. Maintain a live database of narratives, catalysts, and upcoming launches. Collaborate with traders to translate research into actionable positions or algorithmic signals. Develop frameworks for evaluating project quality, competitive positioning, and valuation. Engage with founders, investors, and market participants to stay ahead of emerging trends.
What We're Looking For 2+ years
in crypto research, venture investing, or digital asset analysis. Proven ability to produce research that influences capital allocation or trading outcomes. Deep understanding of tokenomics, project fundamentals, and market narratives across L1, L2, and DeFi. Strong network within the crypto ecosystem. Ability to bridge qualitative insights and quantitative metrics into clear investment theses. Excellent communication skills and curiosity to identify emerging protocols before they become consensus.
