Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with police and security agencies to understand operational processes and command needs. Design integrated policing solutions, including
cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI analytics, and video intelligence. Align technical options with critical policing scenarios like crime investigation and emergency response. Develop smart policing solutions using AI technologies such as computer vision, NLP, and large language models. Support use cases like intelligent video analysis and public sentiment monitoring. Enhance police productivity and operational efficiency through AI. Lead workshops and technical discussions with law enforcement stakeholders. Offer expert advice on data governance and system integration. Assist in proof-of-concept initiatives and technical validations. Oversee technical architecture in police-related RFPs. Create solution documents and presentations tailored to law enforcement. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure compliance with police standards. Maintain frameworks for police solutions and scenario libraries. Monitor trends in policing technology and regulatory requirements. Provide feedback to enhance police-focused capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years in pre-sales or technical consultancy for law enforcement ICT projects. Strong understanding of police information systems and operations. Technical expertise in areas such as private cloud solutions, big data governance, and AI technologies. Hands-on experience in smart policing and large-scale police projects. Familiarity with police standards and compliance regulations. Excellent communication skills for articulating complex concepts. Deep understanding of police business scenarios. Strong system architecture and design capabilities. Ability to navigate complex governance frameworks. A collaborative mindset and strong ownership ethic.
