Senior Executive – Fundraising & Donor Management …, Singapore

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Partnerships & Engagement team, working closely with the Fundraising team.
Role & Responsibilities Manage key donor accounts which includes developing engagement/stewardship plans, conducting regular communications and tracking donations Help achieve the fundraising target of the department by supporting the development and implementation of the fundraising plan, including appeal letters, digital campaigns and events Promote and drive the growth of regular and monthly giving Prepare reports and donor data analysis Any other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications & Experience A bachelor's degree in business management Preferably 3 to 5 years of work experience Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independent Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
