Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Singapore. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting logistics solutions tailored to customer needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and offering training and support where required. Representatives are expected to foster trust and transparency with customers while contributing positively to the company's goals.
Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively. Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing practices to develop and execute strategies for achieving business growth. Experience in delivering Training to clients or colleagues to enhance business outcomes. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with a results-driven and proactive attitude. Ability to work on-site in Singapore with a flexible and fast-paced work ethic. Experience within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is a plus.
