Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to all Marina Bay Sands loyalty programme guests and assist them with their needs and requests. Thoroughly understand the Marina Bay Sands loyalty programmes and respond to any enquiries regarding the programme information. Manage the Loyalty Club Membership counters and assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands LifeStyle membership enrollment. Provide personalised service to all Paiza LifeStyle members. Assist with Special Events and Promotions. Work closely with stakeholders (such as Retailers, Retail Concierage, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guests' requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved. Ensure compliance to the organization's guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties. Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Secondary education preferred
Experience
Prior experience in Hospitality or Customer Service will be advantageous No experience required as training will be provided
Other Prerequisites
Customer-focused, excellent team player and possess good problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel. Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
