Stag Match is looking for an Independent and Team player Operation cum Course Executive / Manager (Education ) .
Responsibilities Provide overall support for course operations , co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication Plan and improve SOP. Ensure daily operation run smoothly . Working with Course Developers for new course development Course Auditing Course update, submission to relevant agency Improving learner experience . Provide Training for new Trainers Provide overall support for course operations , co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Scheduling Courses and Coordination Plan and scheduling trainers and assignments Co-ordinating with Trainers and stakeholders Working with the operation Team to ensure smooth running of courses Plan and organise regular business reviews Assist in preparation of monthly report and update meeting with senior management Develop and maintain a filing system Provide support in project research work Assist in the planning and organising of eco-system, internal engagements and transformation initiatives Assist in commercialisation of products and solutions Provide after course and during course support. Able to follow up with claims and collection of fee. Able to travel to branches to branches Able to ensure day to day smooth course running. Requirements Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline Prefer with ACTA/DACE Good communication skills and with an excellent command of English. Proficient in Microsoft Office Proactive and with a positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as well as a team player Able to lead the team and have good initiative Prior operations and office administration experience preferred Able to work independently and as well as a team player Able to lead the team and have good initiative
