Project Engineer (Airport / A&A / Civil Works), Singapore

Reputable construction firm involved in projects within Singapore's airport environment.
They are currently seeking a
Project Engineer
with relevant
airport and/or A&A works experience
to support ongoing and upcoming projects in live operational settings. Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of
airport-related projects , including civil, building, and A&A works.
Coordinate site activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities such as
CAG / CAAS .
Manage site execution, ensuring works are carried out according to
approved drawings, specifications, and method statements .
Prepare and review
method statements, risk assessments, shop drawings, and work schedules .
Ensure strict compliance with
WSH regulations, airport safety requirements, and permit-to-work systems .
Coordinate works in
live operational environments , including phased construction and night works where required.
Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, and assist in resolving site and technical issues.
Maintain proper documentation, progress reporting, and support project handover.
Requirements
Degree in
Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management , or related discipline.
Experience in Singapore airport projects
(e.g. Changi Airport), covering
civil works, building works, and/or A&A works .
Familiar with
airport operational constraints, safety protocols, and access control requirements .
