Manager - GREAT Medical Care Concierge (Night Shift), Singapore

To provide frontline support in handling medical-related enquiries, perform triage based on standard procedures, and issue Guarantee Letters in accordance with policy and provider agreements.
Respond to customer and provider queries related to medical claims, cashless or preauthorization request, and coverage eligibility. Perform triage assessments based on SOPs and escalate complex cases as needed. Prepare and process cashless request after verification of policy benefits and provider arrangements. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide excellent service to insured members Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related discipline. 5–8 years of experience in customer service operations, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or TPA. Prior experience in a customer-facing healthcare role. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiar with letter of guarantee issuance workflows and healthcare provider interactions
