8:00am - 5:00pm (Mon-Fri) 8:00am - 1:00pm (Sat) Community Clinic Location: Beach road (main clinic) and Fernvale A leading community healthcare provider is currently seeking experienced Staff Nurses to join their expanding team in providing healthcare services to the community in Singapore.
Job Description Provide nursing service/procedures and advice to clients. Perform all other necessary dispensary-related duties. Conduct assessment, develop care plan, perform clinical procedure, monitor conditions and perform re-assessment. Match / link clients to the appropriate services. Assist with the development and management of On-Boarding Programme for new staff. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Centre Manager. Requirements Minimum Diploma in Nursing with at least 3 years of nursing experience. Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB). Proficient in Phlebotomy and wound care Candidates must be SNB-registered nurses
