Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out / Main Con), Singapore

Job Description: Lead and manage interior fit-out and/or main construction projects from planning to completion. Attend project tender orientations and tender briefings when required. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, and site coordination to ensure timely project delivery. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on project execution and progress. Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure smooth implementation. Manage project costs, variation orders, progress claims, and overall project performance. Conduct site meetings, resolve technical issues, and provide regular project updates to management and clients. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in interior fit-out and/or main contractor projects. Strong knowledge of project management, construction methodologies, and site coordination. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications familiarity with project management software will be an added advantage. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
