Job Summary Lead and coordinate security teams to ensure effective manpower deployment, client engagement, and operational reporting within diverse security environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the security team to maintain operational effectiveness and team cohesion Manage daily manpower deployment to ensure adequate security coverage across assigned sites Plan and organize weekly staff rosters to optimize resource allocation and shift coverage Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing security operations and incidents Communicate and coordinate with clients and management to address security needs and feedback Deliver customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client and public inquiries Provide leadership that motivates and guides team members to achieve security objectives
