Job Description: Interact with key business users, understand their business processes, recommend best practices, drive discovery / requirements gathering workshops, lead solution design sessions, communicate build requirements to consultants to build and configure the system and lead UAT sessions. Should possess strong communication skills. Expertise in Oracle Demand Management Cloud: Demand Sensing, defining and managing demand plans. Forecasting Profiles: Configuring statistical parameters, selecting forecasting methods, and managing decomposition. Defining forecast accuracy, bias, and MAPE metrics. Demand Sensing: Understanding short-term forecasting using recent shipping and sales data. Causal Factors & Events: Defining price changes, promotions, or holidays and analyzing their impact on demand. Managing New Product Introductions (NPI) and ''modeling by analogy'' for items without history. Managing how data rolls up from the SKU level to product categories or customer hierarchies. Expertise in Oracle S&OP Cloud: S&OP Lifecycle Management: Product Review, Demand Review, Supply Review, Financial Integration, and Executive Review. Scenario Management & Simulations: Creating ''What-if'' scenarios to compare different business strategies. Consensus Planning: Facilitating the alignment between Finance, Sales, and Operations. Financial Integration: Monitoring Revenue, Margin, and Cost impact within the planning cycle. Resource and Capacity Analysis: Analyzing rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) for critical resources and Suppliers. Requirements: More than 17 years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Planning Suite as a solution architect. Expertise in Oracle Demand Management. Expertise in Oracle S&OP Cloud. Good understanding of Oracle Supply Planning Cloud and Replenishment Planning will be an added advantage.
