focuses on diagnosing capability gaps, designing learning strategies, and advising on talent development solutions Learning Director
leads enterprise-wide learning strategy, leadership development, learning operations, and future skills transformation Key Responsibilities
Developing enterprise learning and capability-building strategies aligned to business goals Leading transformation of training models into modern, digital, blended learning ecosystems Designing leadership development, onboarding, technical upskilling, and future skills programs Building competency frameworks, learning pathways, and internal academies Managing learning platforms, vendor ecosystems, and training operations Driving adoption of e-learning, microlearning, coaching, and social learning models Measuring learning effectiveness through KPIs, ROI, capability uplift, and business outcomes Partnering with HR, business leaders, and functional heads on workforce capability needs Leading change management for learning transformation initiatives Managing budgets, governance, and continuous improvement of L&D services Qualifications (Must-have)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field 7–15+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, HR, or consulting roles Strong understanding of adult learning principles and organizational capability building Experience leading L&D programs or learning transformation initiatives Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills Experience designing scalable learning strategies in complex organizations Analytical mindset with experience measuring learning impact Ability to influence senior leaders on talent development priorities Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, coaching credentials, or instructional design certifications Experience with learning platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Udemy Business, or LinkedIn Learning Background in consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, Mercer, or Korn Ferry Experience in leadership development, digital academies, or workforce reskilling programs Strong exposure to AI-enabled learning, skills taxonomies, or talent marketplaces Experience leading regional or global learning functions MBA or Master's degree in HR/Education preferred Coaching and facilitation expertise are strong advantages
