Duties: . Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed . Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries . Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients . Support doctors in language translation when needed . Proper maintenance of patients' records and drug inventory . Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image . Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic . Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators .
