Temp Accounts Executive (Receivables) Duration:3 Months Contract Location: Aljunied Walk Workinghours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm Salary:$3000 to 4000 per month Responsibilities Reportingto Assistant Accountant (AR & GL) Willbe responsible to perform Accounts Receivables and Collections . Issueinvoices and credit notes for tuition fees and other fees in a timely fashion. . Billingof facilities rental, utilities and intercompany transactions. . Performdaily cash management duties, including bank transfers and posting of receiptsto the accounts receivable sub-ledger. . PerformData Entry into Engage and Sage Accounting System. . Monitorbank statements for incoming funds and update records. . Maintainaccounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits, refunds andcollections are applied. . Providestatistics on the collection progress by Semester. . Followup on collection and allocation of tuition fees, cca, trips, swim meets andmiscellaneous events payments. . Followup with parents and companies on any issues with invoicing and receipts. . Maintainthe accounts receivable customer files. . Providean up to date list of company billing contacts. . Managethe sales inventories. . Monthend closing, reconciliation of accounts and . Maintainthe Audit Schedules monthly and assist in year end audit activities. . Involvementin whole school events and activities as required. . Toperform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders andreporting manager/link
