F&B Administrative Manager, Singapore

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Food & Beverage Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline the administrative operations of our F&B department. This role ensures smooth coordination across outlets, accurate reporting, and supports management in driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and manage all administrative functions within the Food & Beverage department to ensure operational excellence across outlets Coordinate communication and reporting between F&B outlets and management to facilitate informed decision-making Prepare timely management reports, sales summaries, and operational documentation to support business insights and performance tracking Support HR processes by maintaining accurate staff records, scheduling shifts, and managing training documentation to enhance workforce readiness Oversee administrative aspects of purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory reporting to optimize resource management Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold operational standards and legal obligations Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B operations or administration, preferably in hospitality or club environments Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities effectively Effective communication skills applied to coordinate cross-functional teams and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office used to produce reports and manage administrative tasks Professionalism and attention to detail to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative functions
