About the Role We are looking for a
Regional Growth Lead - Crypto
with strong experience in the crypto/blockchain or similiar industry. This role will drive market expansion, user acquisition, and strategic partnerships in key regions, with a focus on building sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand user base and strengthen market presence. Drive go-to-market plans, ensuring effective adaptation to local market dynamics and user behaviors. Identify and build strategic partnerships to support business development and ecosystem growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environments to provide actionable insights for leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives. Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Regional BD/Growth Lead
or equivalent role in the crypto/blockchain industry (APAC focus preferred). Strong expertise in business development, partnerships, and market expansion at regional level. Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and growth levers in the crypto space. Ability to translate market knowledge into practical growth initiatives. Senior profile, comfortable operating independently and engaging with leadership stakeholderss Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills. Fluentl in Chinese and English
