Housekeeping Supervisor, Singapore

1. Experience & Skills At least 1-2 years of housekeeping or cleaning experience
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, chemicals, tools, and equipment
Able to train, guide, and supervise housekeeping staff
2. Leadership & Communication Good communication skills (English or local languages)
Able to coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks
Able to handle feedback, resolve issues, and ensure good customer service
3. Work Responsibilities Conduct site inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
Ensure staff follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality requirements
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Submit reports and update management on site operations
4. Physical & Work Requirements Fit to perform housekeeping duties when required
Able to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if needed
Must be punctual, responsible, and reliable
