As we expand towards becoming Singapore's biggest retail garden centre brand, we're seeking dedicated team players to grow with us in this exciting phase. Responsibilities Support customer service and sales teams. Handle incoming communications across multiple channels. Act as a brand ambassador when engaging with customers. Maintain filing systems and manage records. Coordinate between Jurong and Sungei Tengah offices. Prepare quotations, contracts, delivery orders, invoices, and other documents. Update and manage plant/product stock lists, catalogues, website, and server. Ensure accuracy of sales transactions and project information. Manage office and pantry supplies inventory. Perform office front desk duties, welcoming guests. Carry out general ad-hoc administrative tasks. Requirements 'N' Levels, 'O' Levels or Diploma in any field. At least 1 year of local working experience. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good written and spoken English Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and email systems.
