Operations Associate – Financial Operations & Reconciliation, Singapore

ID No:1613693 We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support trade-related payment processing, account reconciliation, and operational improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities
Process trade-related payments and receipts across various financial products accurately and within stipulated timelines. Perform reconciliation of client accounts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls. Investigate and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Support system implementation projects and contribute to process improvement and operational transformation initiatives. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation when required. Assist with ad-hoc operational duties assigned by the team. Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience in an operations or back-office support role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred / Advantageous Prior operations experience within the financial services industry will be advantageous. Exposure to automation or workflow tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Macros/VBA, Agentic AI tools, or other process automation technologies is a plus.
