Join SingHealth Academy's Education Office and play a pivotal role in shaping healthcare education across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will be part of a dynamic team that formulates strategies and implements initiatives to strengthen the education pillar, working directly with multiple institutions, professional groups, and senior leadership to advance healthcare training and development.
We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to support and grow COMPASS (Career Opportunities, Mentorship & Professional Advancement for Students in SingHealth), a newly established centre dedicated to nurturing the next generation of academic clinicians and strengthening SingHealth's standing as the leading medical training provider. You will also provide oversight of communications work and education initiatives, including Pre-employment Clinical Training (PECT) and Workplace Training Grant (WTG) programmes.
What You Will Do
You will support the operations and strategic planning of COMPASS, coordinating meetings and events, engaging stakeholders, and maintaining a registry for tracking purposes. You will also provide coordination support for PECT and WTG affairs, including the management of Ministry of Health funds, and manage strategic communications efforts encompassing speechwriting, content development, digital platform management, and the execution of major events.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of working experience, including 2 to 3 years in a management capacity with exposure to corporate or marketing communications Relevant experience in the healthcare or tertiary education industry will be advantageous Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated flair for writing Ability to lead multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under limited supervision Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and priority
