Social Media Manager - TikTok, Singapore

This role focuses on building and managing a dynamic TikTok presence for a Spanish brand entering the Thai market. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and operating a TikTok Shop, developing engaging content, and executing branding strategies tailored to Thai audiences. The position is fully remote and requires a proactive approach to digital marketing and social media management, with a strong emphasis on driving brand awareness and customer engagement in Thailand.
Deliverables
Establish and manage the brand's TikTok account for the Thai market Launch and operate a TikTok Shop, ensuring seamless product listings and customer experience Develop and implement content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement Create, schedule, and publish TikTok videos and campaigns aligned with brand objectives Monitor analytics to optimize content performance and audience growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Respond to comments and engage with the TikTok community to foster brand loyalty
Requirements
Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and campaigns, preferably for consumer brands Demonstrated ability to launch and operate TikTok Shops or similar e-commerce integrations Strong understanding of Thai social media trends and audience preferences Excellent content creation and video editing skills for TikTok Ability to communicate effectively in English; Thai language skills are a strong advantage Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting Availability to collaborate with teams based in different time zones
