Retail Sales Associate We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to support operations at a lifestyle store based in the City Hall area. Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience Attend to customer enquiries and provide product recommendations based on customer needs Support daily retail operations including opening and closing duties Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation Replenish stock and ensure products are properly displayed and tagged Assist with cashiering duties and processing customer transactions Support inventory checks, stock receiving, and basic stock management Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary Assist in achieving store sales targets and KPIs Support store events, product launches, and promotional activities when require Requirements
Able to work on a rostered schedule from Monday to Sunday Working hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM Preferably with retail experience Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable engaging with customers in a fast-paced retail environment Able to start immediately or on short notice preferred Interested applicants may apply with their updated resume.
