You will be responsible for both operational management and revenue performance, including but not limited to: Driving overall monthly revenue growth Developing afternoon (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM) and non-peak sales Executing events, private bookings, and collaborations Managing daily bar operations, staff coordination, and customer experience Managing shop inventory, cost control, and minimising wastage or losses.
