Job Description Assist director in daily business management, schedule & coordination Handle full-set accounts, bookkeeping, invoicing, expenses tracking, financial reporting Prepare financial statements, cash flow, profit/loss summaries Manage digital & internet marketing: social media, online platforms, content updates Assist in business development, client liaison, partnership outreach Data entry, document control, report writing & presentation preparation Office administration, procurement, inventory & operational support Ad-hoc projects & duties assigned by director Agree to occasional business travel as required Adapt to flexible working arrangements to meet business needs Requirements Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent Fresh graduates are welcome (strong academic record preferred) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace Familiar with online marketing, social media operations, e-commerce basics Strong numerical & analytical skills able to handle accounts & data independently Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure Self-motivated, proactive, good communication & interpersonal skills
