Logistics Operations Team Leader, Singapore

Job Highlights Established Biotechnology US MNC at Toh Guan Road Up to $4,500/month + AWS + VB Monday - Friday, 830AM - 530PM Job Scope Oversee daily operations activities in compliance with cGMP standards, SOPs, and safety regulations. Coordinate operational plans, manpower allocation, shipments, and material movement to support smooth day-to-day operations and changing business needs. Ensure operational instructions and documentation are properly maintained, updated, and implemented. Investigate operational issues, deviations, and non-conformances, and ensure timely resolution. Lead operations team to achieve safety, productivity, quality, and on-time delivery targets. Conduct staff performance reviews, provide coaching, and support employee development. Work closely with internal teams including Project Management, Quality, Warehousing, and external logistics providers to ensure operational efficiency and inventory accuracy. Support continuous improvement initiatives, audits, reporting, workplace safety, and housekeeping (5S) activities to maintain operational excellence.
