Business Product Manager, Singapore

The Role User Growth: Own DAU (Daily Active Users) as the core OKR. Implement and drive user growth strategies, collaborating with advertising, maarketing, and sales teams to achieve growth targets. Sales Support & Communication: Maintain close communication with frontline sales to gather business requirements and coordinate internal pproduct and engineering resources for delivery. Market Research: Continuously track competitor activities andindustry trends to inform product iterations and business strategy. Data Analysis & Problem Identification: Perform ongoing analyysis of user behavior and product data to identify growth bottlenecks and issues. In-App Operations: Manage in-app push notifications and customer-facing promotional resources on the app to increase product visibility and usage.
Qualifications & Skills Strong data sensitivity, familiarity with user behavior analysiswith the ability to identify problems and propose solutions. Clear logical thinking, strong execution, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. High sense of responsibility and ownership, with good stress nnanagement Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders from Mainland China and Taiwan Background in fintech, marketing, or data analysis is prefeerred
