Job Scope Develop and maintain full-stack systems using Java and Python. Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing action plans, and identifying areas for improvement. Manage the defect tracking system, resolve issues, and provide system updates. Create technical specifications and comprehensive test plans. Monitor daily system activities and provide necessary support. Deploy new applications to test environments and ensure high-quality software delivery. Collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to its overall success.
Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in web application development. Proficient in Java full-stack development, including frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or backend services, demonstrating versatility across programming paradigms. Good understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
