In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and partnering on critical initiatives such as workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, and change leadership. You will also oversee employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
The position offers great exposure to global HR teams and senior stakeholders, requiring strong influence and advisory skills. You will collaborate on regional projects and contribute to building a high-performance culture that supports business transformation.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR Business Partnering experience, proven success in stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex, matrix organizations. Prior experience in financial services or technology sectors will be highly advantageous. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are essential.
