Job Description
TTSH Finance provides financial oversight and work closely with cross-functional business leads across TTSH, Clusters and external partners to drive financial sustainability and improvement initiatives and priorities.
We are looking for passionate and committed finance professionals who are keen to make an impact as healthcare finance leaders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to cover various spectrum of healthcare finance scope below, which will prepare you in becoming the next healthcare finance leader.
Job Responsibilities
Institution Budget Planning, Forecasting and Reporting. Prepares Institution's annual budget and regular forecasts to Group for timely decision making. Prepares financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to assist management with timely intervention and decision making. Support variance analysis for management review, e.g. actual performance versus budget and forecasts. Capital Investment Support the Institution's digital transformation projects through finance lens review. Evaluate business cases and projects for risks and opportunities. Governance Periodic reviews of Institution's internal processes, systems, policies and procedures and put in recommendations to ensure business risks are minimised. Multi-discipline/departments collaborations and initiatives to drive process improvements and controls. Stakeholder Management Engage internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the Institution.
Success Factors
Degree in Accountancy/profession accounting qualifications (e.g. Chartered Accountant) or degree in Business Administration (major in Accountancy or Finance) or equivalent with minimum 2-4 years of related working experience. Flexibility in resolving issues and addressing changing priorities. Strong team player with high level of integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness. Positive mindset for collaboration and strive for continuous improvement and optimization. Having a curious mind to challenge status quo and provide innovative solutions and different perspective. Ability to work well independently and able to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal, written and strong communication skills with positive, proactive and win-win attributes Knowledge in data analytics software, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, will be advantageous.
