Seafood Production Manager, Singapore

Job Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all seafood processing activities from receiving to packing. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and minimize wastage. Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, FDA/SFA regulations, and internal QA standards. Oversee accurate product labelling to maintain full traceability throughout production. Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory. Ensure proper documentation for receiving, production, storage, and dispatch. Verify inventory data against system records and investigate discrepancies. Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize spoilage and maintain freshness. Prepare production reports covering yield, wastage, productivity, and operational costs.
Job Requirements
In-depth knowledge of seafood handling processes, cold-chain management, and traceability systems. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to food safety and product quality. Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards. Ability to work in cold, wet environments and perform manual tasks.
