Senior Architectural Coordinator ( LTA MRT Project ), Singapore

Responsibilities: Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and to verify all interface details are carried out as per drawing plans. Plan, design and supervise the construction of infrastructure. Coordinates and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval. Carry out Architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation and seeking Client's approval Produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents. Engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project. Works in tandem with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work Resolve architectural related issues with stakeholders
Requirements: Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering Must have worked in LTA Projects in Singapore and completed at least ne LTA project would be an advantage. Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines. Good organisational and time management skills. Able to work on alternate 6-day work week.
