background-color: #f5f5f5 Warehouse Operations Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation, stock checks, and system updates. Monitor workflow and productivity to meet operational targets and service timelines. Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, including high‑value or sensitive items where applicable. People & Team Supervision Allocate tasks and supervise warehouse staff across shifts. Provide on‑the‑job training and guidance on safe work practices and standard operating procedures. Monitor attendance, discipline, and work performance. Support coaching, performance improvement, and team development. Safety, Quality & Compliance Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company safety procedures. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, audit requirements, and customer standards. Investigate incidents or operational issues and implement corrective actions. Coordination & Continuous Improvement Coordinate closely with Operations, Transport, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, space utilisation, and work processes. Support operational initiatives, system usage, and process improvements. Reporting & Administration Prepare operational reports on productivity, inventory status, and incidents. Maintain accurate records and documentation for warehouse operations. a

Minimum
5 years of warehouse or logistics experience , preferably in a supervisory role. Experience supervising frontline or blue‑collar teams. Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety procedures. Basic computer skills (warehouse systems, reporting, MS Excel). Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred: Diploma or equivalent qualification. Forklift licence or relevant safety certifications.
